First time ordering from zavvi and I have to say they were very good, confirming order, then telling me the items were to be dispatched, received quickly and the cash back came just as quick. In this instance Zavvi was better than play.com and Amazon

I still use zavvi for some of my dvds purchases, 5 % is a nice little bonus for when i shop with them. Prices are a bit hit and miss and customer services aren't the best. They do however have quite good sales and often email you money off codes. Sadly they lack behind amazon and play.

Zavvi are back! 4 % for books, cds, dvds and games. Zavvi have a great range of the above, prices are not the cheapest but they do send you money off vouchers regulary via email, so make sure you sign up to their newsletter. Check out the payday sale for some great offers.
