M&S has excellant , helpful customer service advisors who I know to phone if theres any problem with my order. Good online company , the only thing I could critise (if i can call it that) would be to say that if you are ordering a few items that you need is to select the option to have them dispatched when in stock and not to wait for the whole order to be dispatched at once. Believe me when you want school uniform you need it now! Other than that top notch and with cashback who can grumble!

Marks and Spencers is a great all-round store. The clothes and homeware are always really good quality, and the food is delicious. Their customer service is great, and when I complained to them about a celebration cake I ordered I was sent a £25 gift card and letter of apology, which I was not expecting but really impressed me.

Marks and spencers are known for their quality of clothing and food. The website is very colourful and there is a massive range of clothing to choose from. It is a tad expensive but then again you are paying for the quality. The food is also exceptional and the 5% cashback is a great bonus to keep returning!
