I have purchased both a refridgerator and dyson from this site in the last six months.the fridge was delivered at the start of the time slot booked so I did not have to hang around all day(unlike Argos!).I ordered and paid for the dyson online and collected it that evening from the store near me.Simple and easy to use.Highly recommend this retailer

Comet has a huge variety of electrical items and shopping here is a breeze with their easy to navigate site. Customer services is good, as is the prices and delivery of the items. 3% cashback is another bonus. I've had no problems with Comet and I would use them again.

I too bought my last fridge from comet. My fridge arrived no problem and still going strong. Don't forget to add on delivery when comparing prices as comet do charge to ship. I like the fact you can track your order online and all queries to customer services are answered promptly.

Comet are really good for electrical needs from fridges to laptops to sat Navs. Ordered a laptop online - was delivered in the specified time frame and you can always take the items back to store if you have problems. amy |

I bought my fridge and washing machine from Comet in July 2008 and was very happy with the service. I originally ordered the goods from Sainsbury's but their service was appaling and I cancelled my order with them. Comet delivered the items in the timeframe stated when I ordered and the goods were exactly what I wanted. Their ordering process was easy and their customer service was helpful. Carine |
