" I used Boots Kitchen Appliances to purchase a Beko Fridge Freezer when my old one ceased to exist on a Thursday evening. With as much freezer food as possible in my neighbours freezer & the fridge contents packed in a box outside in the cold I needed a replacment PDQ.

I spent most of Friday deciding on the make and model and then found Boots to be the cheapest supplier taking the intial price, delivery and disposal cost of the old one into account. I placed the order Friday evening and requested a Monday delivery. They rang and text my mobile on Saturday to confirm a delivery slot on Monday between 12.00 & 4.00pm. The driver telephoned on Monday at about 12.00 to advise they would be here at 1.00pm. They arrived on the dot, put the appliance in its place and took the old one away, it all took about 15 minutes....job done.

I didn't even know Boots did this so it was a leap of faith on my part. But I cannot praise them enough for an excellent service. Their website was easy to use, very user friendly and I would not hesitate to use them again.
